love me some fried pheasant! we use flour-egg-club cracker crumb dredge and then pan fry, but i may have to try this sometime! i bet it would work well with fish too :)

I have never eaten pheasant…..but these look tasty. I like the idea of using Sprite instead of water too.

I’ve never eaten pheasant other than stuffed in a Quaducant (like a Turducken except it’s breast meat of a quail stuffed with breast meat from a duck and then stuffed into a deboned pheasant with the middle stuffed with creole sausage, http://www.cajungrocer.com). I liked that and I know Alpha Hubby loves pheasant so now I have to find some!

Fried Pheasant has a certain ring to it. I’ve never had pheasant. Is it like duck?
