Lemon Glaze

by the Provident Woman | August 27th, 2009

Prep time: 5 minutes                                                                         printable version
Makes: 9 servings

Here’s what you’ll need:

1/4 cups Lemon Juice (juice from 1 lemon)

2 cups Powdered Sugar

1 Tablespoon Water, if needed

Here’s how you do it:

In a medium bowl, mix together the lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add the water until the mixture is thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle the glaze over the scones. Serve or store in an airtight plastic container for 2 days.

Goes great on strawberry scones (as pictured above).
